Another week, another pair of runs to keep everyone fast and fit through the summer months.
Wednesday 7pm – Speed Training. Join us for some interval training. We’ll start with a 1 km warmup run, run a series of 250-300 meter intervals, and finish with a 1-2 km cool down run.
Saturday 4:55pm – Social Run. Come take a scenic jog through the alleys, markets, rice paddies and river bluffs of Hanoi. Runs last 10-12 km with shorter options for newer runners.
Both of this week’s runs will depart from the Syrena Centre on Xuan Dieu. All our welcome!
