The Red River Runners will meet for two workouts this week:
Wednesday 7pm – Speed Training. Improve your race times and fitness with interval training. Each workout includes a 1 km warmup run, 11 300 meter intervals and a 1-2 km cool down run.
Saturday 4:55pm – Social Run. Join your fellow runners for a fun and scenic jog through Hanoi. We usually go 10-12 km with shorter options for newer runners.
Both of this week’s runs will depart from the Syrena Centre on Xuan Dieu. Both will conclude with a cold, rehydrating beer. See you there!
