Come one, come all for our two regularly scheduled Red River Runners meetups this week!
Wednesday 7 p.m. – Meet Jason at the Sedona entrance, 96 To Ngoc Van street, for weekly speed training. Interval training is the best way to run faster and stronger. Whether you’re slow or fast, be sure not to miss this workout.
Saturday 3:55 p.m. – Meet at the Sedona entrance, 96 To Ngoc Van street, for a nice social run at a gentle pace. We usually go 10-12 km with options to go a bit shorter if that’s too far for you.
