Mark your calendars for two Red River Runners meetups this week!
Wednesday 7 p.m. – Meet at the Sedona entrance, 96 To Ngoc Van street, for weekly speed training. Running intervals is a proven way to improve your race times. No matter how fast or slow you currently run please do not miss this important weekly workout. We’ve been getting some big crowds in recent weeks. Keep up the good work Hanoi!

Saturday 3:55 p.m. – We’ll meet at the Sedona entrace, 96 To Ngoc Van street, for a gentle group run. We usually go 10-12 km with options to cut the run short if that’s a little too long. The Saturday social run is a great chance to meet great people and enjoy the pleasant weather, so bring your friends, partners, kids and dogs.
