Trying to get your race times down? Want to learn how to run faster? Join us every Wednesday evening in Tay Ho for interval training.
When: Every Wednesday, 7:00 -8:00 pm
Where: Sedona entrance, 96 To Ngoc Van street
* Motorbike parking is available in a secure lot a few meters from where we meet.
Speed training takes about 1 hour. We start with a slow 1 km warmup. Then we run about 40 minutes of intervals on the lake road near the Phu Tay Ho temple. Then we do a slow 2 km cool-down run past Di Paolo and back to Sedona.
Don’t worry if you’re a beginner. We’ve designed our speed training so everyone can keep up at their own personal best pace.
