Tonight (Wednesday) we will meet 7pm at Sedona Suites entrance on To Ngoc Van street. Normally this is a Speed Training session, but with such high temperatures today we may have a casual run instead. We’ll make a decision with all runners who show up. See you there.

This Saturday 5th, we’ll meet 4.55pm at JAFA restaurant, Ciputra. There will be 5km, 7km, 10km options available as required for all runners. Refreshments after!
